1. Information we collect

• Account information: Google authentication may provide your name, email address and profile picture. We may also collect profile details you provide and account activity needed to administer your account.
• Discord information: If you connect Discord, we may collect your Discord user ID, username, connection status and membership-role synchronization information to provide server access and membership roles.
• Membership and orders: We may collect your membership selection, access and expiration information, order requests, product selections, quantities and information you provide for fulfillment.
• Support and payments: We may collect support communications, payment references, payment confirmation information and verification records you submit or that administrators record.
• Technical information: Essential authentication technologies and operational records may contain session identifiers, browser or device information and activity necessary to operate and protect the platform.

Please do not send bank passwords, Google or Discord passwords, or other account credentials in support messages or payment confirmations.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, handle order requests and fulfillment, verify payments, administer memberships and renewals, synchronize Discord roles, provide customer support, and prevent fraud or unauthorized access. We may also use relevant records to investigate disputes and meet applicable legal obligations.

3. Sharing and service providers

Necessary service providers may process information to support authentication, hosting and Discord integration, as well as any payment-verification or fulfillment services used for your transaction. We share information relevant to those purposes, rather than treating a connected service as permission to share all account information.

Google and Discord also handle information under their own policies when you use their services. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or when necessary to address fraud, unauthorized access or a dispute.

Hustle Co Premium does not sell personal information.

4. Cookies and essential authentication technologies

The platform uses essential cookies or similar browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions, preserve preferences such as your theme, and support account and platform operation. These technologies are not all advertising cookies.

You can manage cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking or clearing essential storage may sign you out or prevent account features from working. This policy does not authorize additional nonessential tracking; any such use would need separate administrator review and any required notice or consent.

5. Data retention

Retention depends on the purpose of each record, account administration needs, payment and order disputes, fraud prevention and applicable legal requirements. A fixed retention schedule has not been specified and requires administrator review.

You may request account or information deletion. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal requirements or resolve outstanding transactions or disputes; if that applies to your request, we can explain the relevant limitation. Account deletion does not necessarily delete information held independently by Google, Discord or other service providers.

6. Account security

Protect your Google and Discord accounts, review the connections you authorize, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share account access or submit another person’s payment or identity information without authorization.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. This policy does not represent a security certification, an independent audit or a guarantee against loss or unauthorized access.

7. Access, correction and deletion requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email support@hustleco.vip. Describe your request and identify the account concerned without sending passwords or sensitive credentials.

We may need to confirm your identity before handling a request. Available rights and any response requirements depend on applicable law; this policy does not limit those rights or promise a response deadline that has not been established.

8. Updates and contact

Changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Any additional notice required by applicable law remains applicable.
